Biography

After studying accounting in college, Monica Cardanini earned her degree in interior design before honing her skills at Alice Wiley & Associates interior design firm in San Francisco. Working with Alice as a Design Associate allowed her to complete many great projects all around the San Francisco Bay area.

After 18 years with the well-respected firm, she relocated to New York City in 2008 and founded her own company. Monica splits her time between an apartment in Manhattan’s Chelsea neighborhood and the California Bay Area, which allows her to work with clients on both coasts.

Monica’s studio specializes in remodeling, new construction and decoration and accepts a wide range of projects from homes and apartments to commercial spaces. Their latest projects includes home renovations in Woodside, a new home in Stinson Beach, a completely renovated apartment in San Francisco as well as homes in New York City and Westhampton.
